We have just completed the branding for Policy Idol, a competition that gives students and staff at King’s College London three minutes to pitch policy ideas to an elite panel of leading figures from the worlds of policy, academia and industry.
We’re pleased to unveil a new logo for International Brain Mechanics and Trauma Lab. IBMTL is an initiative focused on the study of the brain cell and tissue mechanics and its relation with brain functions, diseases or trauma.

Centre for Doctoral Training in Partial Differential Equations
We have just completed a new identity for the Centre for Doctoral Training in partial differential equations (PDEs), a partnership between the University of Oxford and the Engineering & Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC). PDEs are at the heart of many scientific advances; they can be used to describe a wide variety of phenomena such as sound, heat, electrostatics, electrodynamics, fluid flow, elasticity, or quantum mechanics.

Sir Roger Penrose explains the mathematics of the Penrose Paving
Our identity for Oxford Mathematics is based on the tiling patterns of Sir Roger Penrose, Emeritus Rouse Ball Professor of Mathematics. The paving outside the new Mathematics building also uses this tiling, and the department have produced an interview with Sir Roger explaining his thinking behind the design. Watch it here.

Ashden Awards 2013
For the 7th year William Joseph worked with sustainable energy charity Ashden to promote their annual awards. 14 outstanding winners across 5 categories were hailed for using local sustainable energy to tackle poverty and climate change in the UK and developing world. The ceremony, now in its 13th year, was hosted by cultural commentator and broadcaster Emma Freud. ashden.org
